FLIPKART GROCERY’S (GSTIN) Registration Number is 09HWGPS3341H1Z5. FLIPKART GROCERY is a business model where the Groceries, Essential Household Articles, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Baby Care Products, Natural and Herbal Products are provided by Independent Retailers (our "Partners" or "Partner Stores") and only Delivered By FLIPKART GROCERY; in which FLIPKART GROCERY earn a small amount of commission as per the norms of affiliates.

2. PURPOSE

  • The Purpose of FLIPKART GROCERY is to provide the service which is simple and convenient to the customers, by linking customers to the website and order the products of FLIPKART GROCERY’S Independent Retailers (our "Partners" or "Partner Stores") or else serves the customer through the medium of CUSTOMIZED ORDER which includes the menu of the customer’s choice and allowing customers to order articles of the Groceries, Essential Household Articles, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Baby Care Products, Natural and Herbal Products (It can be done by sending the list of whatever articles are required over the whatsapp (9690000275), FLIPKART GROCERY will try to put in all the best possible efforts to arrange the articles, continued notification process will be lane, and the charges will also depend on seeing the list as per the hunt of the article which will be informed to the customer accordingly).
  • FLIPKART GROCERY markets products on behalf of the Partner Stores, concludes orders on their behalf and only Delivers The Products To Customer. FLIPKART GROCERY does not have any physical store nor stock up the products. FLIPKART GROCERY only provides the service by arranging the articles for the customer and making them reached by only delivering.

  • 3. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE

  • FLIPKART GROCERY offers an ordering and delivery services only, for the customers. By arranging the products from Partner Stores throughout Moradabad and it’s nearby areas. Each Partner Store has a prescribed delivery area, which is not chargeable. If, it is a CUSTOMISED ORDER then the customer will be charged accordingly depending on the radius to arrange the articles (apart from the Delivery Charges). This is to ensure that the ordered product reaches the door of the customer with best quality no matter; if it is not available from the Partner Stores (FLIPKART GROCERY will try to hunt and make a way out).
  • If customer lives outside the delivery areas as, FLIPKART GROCERY only provides the service in Moradabad and it’s nearby places then only in case of any urgency, delivery can be provided on request (Customer is requested to kindly make the cart, and then shoot an e-mail to itsflipkartgrocery@gmail.com or else call on 9690000275 or 8057222122 to get an shipping estimate and confirmation as well whether the delivery is possible or not. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT BEFORE CONFIRMATION. Once the payment (before confirmation) is made neither FLIPKART GROCERY nor the PAYMENT GATEWWAY will be responsible for the refunds) and No Specific Message will appear on the screen notifying the customer that ordering online (apart from Moradabad) will not be possible. FLIPKART GROCERY Do Not accept orders from individuals to a Postcode besides Moradabad and it’s outskirts still, in urgency case (as per the scenario described above) FLIPKART GROCERY will make a way out although, FLIPKART GROCERY will not have a Partner Store (in the area where delivery is required) but still, make some arrangements anyhow only for the sake of humanity (with a intention to serve the needy one) whose charges will be as per the situation and the availability (No Fake Charges will be applied) and the customer will be notified regularly as well.
  • Operating Hours will vary depending on Local Trading Conditions and the Availability of our Partner Stores.   • 4. ORDERS

  • When the customer places an order through the Services of FLIPKART GROCERY, an e-mail (Thanking You For Your Order and Confirming Your Order) will be received by the customer. Accordingly the concerned information will be passed on the team members (included in the service chain). Information of the articles will be sent to the Associated Partner Store. In concern with any information (which is of urgent concern, regarding the order) will be updated to the customer.
  • Customer is requested to kindly ensure that given contact information (particularly phone number on priority and e-mail address) are correct. That is how FLIPKART GROCERY will be able to pass on the information and communicate regarding the concern of order. In accordance with this kindly ensure that provided Address is accurate, in order to ensure that the order arrives at the Correct Location.
  •  NOTE- If the customer Do Not open the door/ guide properly/response to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes (particularly when the rider is physically reaching the Address) FLIPKART GROCERY reserves the right to leave the premises (for details- refer to Shipping Policy) and the customer will be charged for the order (as per the norms- refer to Shipping Policy).

  • FLIPKART GROCERY seeks to provide a quality service and will first contact the customer (if in case, any thing comes in between the corse) either in regards to Food Quality and/or Temperature. FLIPKART GROCERY monitors the Partner Store very closely and it is of Outmost Importance to FLIPKART GROCERY that, comply with the standards and helps into maintaince of the reputation.

  • 5. GROCERIES AND PRODUCTS

  • All the products mentioned on the website are subject to Availability (Particularly in the days of Pandemic- due to shortage of stocks). FLIPKART GROCERY’S Partner Stores may offer an Alternative for any ordered product (if customer has an issue with the alternate- mention it on the Note Section provided while the invoice is being generated), if it cannot be provided to the customer.
  • Customers are requested to kindly call on 9690000275 or else 8057222122 or e-mail at itsflipkartgrocery@ gmail.com prior so that FLIPKART GROCERY can co-ordinate with the Partner Store to ordering if the customer has an Allergy.
  • FLIPKART GROCERY cannot guarantee that any of the products sold by FLIPKART GROCERY’S Partner Stores are free of Allergens (particularly, the packed articles).

  • 6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

  • FLIPKART GROCERY always aims at providing with the best possible delivery service. Unfortunately, things do not always go in accordance to the plan and the factors, such as traffic conditions, weather and particularly in this pandemic (due to core areas/Lockdown) may occasionally prevent FLIPKART GROCERY from achieving the targets in this regard.
  • FLIPKART GROCERY will do it’s best to ensure that customer’s orders are delivered by the time specified (while co-coordinating after the order is placed).
  • The timing of customer’s order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the Partner Store at that time (everything will be informed to the customer, once the order is confirmed).

  • 7. CANCELLATION

  • Customer has the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order become a started order. FLIPKART GROCERY keeps the orders in lane until 4 PM, after 4 PM orders are automatically kept in next day delivery if, the customer wishes to cancel the placed order then, the customer is requested to kindly inform immediately on 9690000275 or else 8057222122. In the cancellation case, customer is advised to first take the confirmation and check whether the order has gone under the started order or not (purchasing is made or not).
  • If the purchasing is made, at that point order will Not Be Cancelled but the customer is required to ask and feels comfortable (FLIPKART GROCERY will not be fake at any point, and provide the actual update). Still, FLIPKART GROCERY will try to look and manage if Partner Store understands the condition of the order and cancel it as well from it’s end. In this condition, the order can be cancelled.
  • Customer’s are requested to kindly take the update, until it is confirmed from the end of FLIPKART GROCERY’S associate through telephonic conversation- No Order Will Be Cancelled.
  • If the purchasing is made, order will be delivered and if customer denies receiving the order at that point, order will not be delivered and the amount will also not be refunded back to the customer.
  • If the order is found in the state of being cancelled, then the amount which is being paid will be noted and the customer will get funds back in 1-3 business days (after the payment will be received from the gateway) by any medium of UPI.
  •  Any order which is cancelled after it becomes a Started Order will be charged from the customer. FLIPKART GROCERY alone will determine whether an order is a started order or not.


    8. EVENTS OUTSIDE CONTROL

    No party shall be liable to the other party for any kind of the delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond it’s control including, Issues arrived from the 3rd parties (Partner Stores or Payment Gateways) without limiting, any of the following: Act of The God, The Governmental Act, The War, The Fire, The Flood, The Explosion or The Civil Commotion. For the avoidance of doubt, FLIPKART GROCERY shall not excuse the customer from any payment obligations under this above described agreement (The customer has to go under the testing period) and bear with FLIPKART GROCERY with enough patience.


    9. WAIVER

    Neither FLIPKART GROCERY nor the Partner Store shall be responsible to the others for any Delay or Non-Performance of its Obligations under this agreement arising from any Cause Beyond its Control including these limiting any of the following: Act of The God, The Governmental Act, The War, The Fire, The Flood, The Explosion or The Civil Commotion.


    10. SEVERABILITY

    If any provision of this agreement is judged and made verified to be illegal or unenforceable (to any customer or anyone who reads it), the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced to the FLIPKART GROCERY. No point will be made in the lane where FLIPKART GROCERY will stand considering the point as this is a self funded venture and every point has been laid down through the core independent working members.
